Testimonials

I have been lucky enough to work with Sara for over ten years in multiple capacities, including as a participant in numerous groups that she has led. Sara is a gifted and highly skilled group facilitator. She leads with both deep compassion and a determination to lean into challenging conversations, helping participants find their growing edge.
— Ann Croxson, Dean of Faculty at The Crefeld School
It was an absolute pleasure having Sara come to our school. She was extremely organized and always had a goal for our communications. We were able to establish a few targeted areas in which she would prepare some training materials for the all day workshop. She never told us what she would be teaching us, but rather provided open dialogue and a more collaborative approach to her services.

Sara made it clear that she was there to provide us with what our population of students needed, what we needed assistance with and support around teaching topics we didn’t feel as confident with. Sara arrived the day before the training to shadow our school and get to see our students first hand. On the day of the training, I was not surprised with the interactive and collaborative approach to her teachings. She often had us do the activity as we would teach it to the kids which was extremely beneficial. I appreciated her fresh perspective with teaching all aspects of consent, boundaries, and gender identity/sexual orientation. Thank you Sara!

As my daughter’s advisor, Sara was a cherished link and support for all of us through the turbulent waters of adolescence. She is grounded and compassionate, full of energy, humor and insight. I am immeasurabely grateful for her deep understanding and respect for our children and her ability to transform challenges into opportunities.

Her seminars for parents are an invaluable window into the often emotionally charged and feared waters of teenage sexuality, identity and personal responsibility. In these workshops, Sara creatively and ingeniously gave us a chance to explore our own concerns, and potential biases so that we can better support, accept and relate with our kids from a calm, matter of fact, and well-informed platform.
